Canonsburg's everyday drinkin' ale. Clean and crisp European Pilsen malt accented by a large portion of flaked corn and rice balanced with a simple dose of Cascade hops for a light fruity compliment to the ale yeast. Canonsburg was founded in 1802.

Our Pike Street Amber Ale is made with a blend of caramel malts, each lending a slightly different contribution from sweetness, to honey, caramel, and biscuit notes. Combined they create an incredible depth of flavor with a mild sweetness balanced by floral and citrusy Centennial hops.

A fan favorite, that we try to keep on all year long....

Brewed with European malt and hops, this malty beer is done in the style of a German Marzen, an amber lager. Sweet with flavors of toasted bread, a mild spiciness from the Hallertau hops backs it up. Bust out your dirndl and lederhosen and raise a glass, ein prosit der gemutlichkeit!!

Yorkshire Peppermint Porter is a dark brew loaded with wintry flavor. Meant to evoke a cool mint, sweet treat, we loaded this up with a pound of dried peppermint, five pounds of cacao nibs (the shells of raw chocolate), and a couple dozen high quality (EXPENSIVE!) vanilla beans. What started as a mild English Porter is now a fresh, mint chocolate concoction meant to make visions dance in your head until the fat guy shows up.
