Our Drinks

Canonsburg's everyday drinkin' ale. Clean and crisp European Pilsen malt accented by a large portion of flaked corn and rice balanced with a simple dose of Cascade hops for a light fruity compliment to the ale yeast. Canonsburg was founded in 1802.

Our Pike Street Amber Ale is made with a blend of caramel malts, each lending a slightly different contribution from sweetness, to honey, caramel, and biscuit notes. Combined they create an incredible depth of flavor with a mild sweetness balanced by floral and citrusy Centennial hops.

In Celebration with our 6th Anniversary our brewer Justin Viale made this Belgian pale ale with Brett (wild yeast), Viognier, and Pinot Grigio wine grapes. Cheers! We hope you enjoy!

Cucumber Falls is a light American wheat beer featuring a refreshing dose of cucumbers. Using 5 pounds of peeled, pureed cucumbers (although most of this weight is water) per barrel of beer gives the beer a noticeable aroma and flavor to match. The base wheat beer is lightly hazy but mostly there for a little body. Think of this beer as an afternoon refresher from the summer heat.

American IPA, brewed with three pounds of hops per barrel. This IPA is an unfiltered, unrestrained bomb of Amarillo and Simcoe hops. These hops lend an aromatic blast of grapefruit and orange rind, along with a lighter earthly spiciness. Brewed with only German Pilsen malt and some oats for body, the real star is the hops, so the malt is just there for moral support.

Our dry stout is transformed with cold brew coffee beans from Crazy Horse Coffee which gives it a rich bitter bite with a slight sweetness. The Roasted notes from both the grain and the coffee combine for a great drinking beer as the weather starts to turn colder.
